Philippe Billotet, Pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;association et Maire de Villefrancon excus\u00e9, c&rsquo;est au Vice-pr\u00e9sident, M. Laurent Barnett, qu&rsquo;est revenue la responsabilit\u00e9 du d\u00e9roulement de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guillaume Bouttemy, Maire de Choye, accompagn\u00e9s de  M. Gilles Maillard son 1er adjoint, de Mme S\u00e9verine Bailly 1\u00e8re adjointe au Maire de Villefrancon et de M.
